Resources for Agricultural Workers

If you are an agricultural worker who has been sexually victimized at work, there are a variety of resources available to you. You can call the crisis hotlines or community-based organizations listed below for counseling or support. If you would like to file a complaint against your employer, the legal aid organizations below can help. You can also call one of the state agencies listed below or the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, to make a claim against your employer. The crisis hotlines, legal aid and community-based organizations, and the EEOC can offer assistance in Spanish.
